Jubilee: Teleporting, healing, telekinesis, knowledge are all okay (feel free to grab something from her app for anything or just ask).
Telepathy: Jubilee does have some pretty hefty shields, thanks to training from age 13. He can read her mind, but I'm going to say it'll take a bit more than a passive scan. Her shields buzz like angry bees on speed.
Brigid/bostonhowler: She has her own perms post, and if you could fill that out, that'd help. However, it's okay for him to do pretty much anything and know everything about her.
Brigid is also a devout Catholic, and knows that there are angels in the Cape. So, he might hear a prayer or two.
