Sometimes Balthazar uses sex as a focus for his attention. He has thousands of eyes, he's built to observe, and when he's with another being he can pay attention to every minute shift of their body, every breath, every incremental flicker of their expression, all at once. It's healing, and addictive, to lose himself in someone else's expression of pleasure.
This is also why he's a fan of orgies and group sex. The more people to observe, the better.
He's definitely watching Lucifer's reactions, but he can also feel them far more keenly than any human lover's, thanks to the blending of Graces. Balthazar can feel that he is wanted, and that's a drug unlike any he's tried before. He rolls on top of Lucifer when pulled at, happy to take the invitation. He gasps and makes a throaty groan as their legs tangle together, hips pressing close. And then the hands holding onto his wings pull a cry from his angelic body. It feels like they're being held as handles and he didn't know he would love that, but very clearly he does. His hips jolt, rocking against the other angel's instinctively.
