Gadreel has come to the right angel, then. Or, rather, the right angel has come to him. Balthazar seems to melt into the touch subtly. If he wasn't slightly distracted with the worries at hand, he'd probably be twining primaries with him by now. As it is, he makes a note for future reference that this particular brother seems to be game for cuddles.

"Not made of stone, no. I suppose there could be stones in it..." And once again, he's volunteering extra information. Balthazar isn't very good at this game.

He follows the gesture and gives a faint nod of his own. "Duly noted. Think on the questions for a moment, then, and I'll see what I can find out."

He rises, wings withdrawing more slowly and reluctantly than the rest of him. He approaches Hannah in a roundabout way, slinking along the wall, pausing to murmur to one of the other prisoners. When he does reach Hannah, they're out of earshot of Gadreel, but the interaction is, of course, visible. She's defensive, he's wary, but she doesn't lash out to punish him, either. It's several minutes of soft, tense conversation before she's called away, and Balthazar hastens back far less subtly than he left Gadreel's side, jaw set.
